LEAD+ is an innovative adult education initiative that sets out to develop emerging leaders able to face today's complex challenges. Against a backdrop of digital transformation, social polarisation and global problems such as climate change and inequality, LEAD+ promotes an adaptive, inclusive, values-based model of leadership focused on the common good.

The project combines training, digital innovation and international collaboration to create a flexible, inclusive learning ecosystem built on co-creation. Through an accessible online learning platform and an interdisciplinary, intercultural community, LEAD+ develops the key competences needed to lead effectively in diverse, uncertain and highly interconnected settings.

Main objectives

Design and deliver a professional leadership development programme for emerging leaders and early-career professionals, focused on adaptive leadership, accountability, diversity and positivity.
Develop and launch an innovative, accessible and easy-to-use e-learning platform built on collaborative, co-creative pedagogy.
Establish a robust, validated evaluation framework to measure the programme's impact through data-driven tools, including participant feedback, performance metrics and analysis of adaptive leadership practice.
Foster an interdisciplinary, intercultural learning community that fosters collaboration, knowledge exchange and the spread of good practice among stakeholders.

Results

Development of a full curriculum in adaptive leadership, with localised, inclusive training materials adapted to different cultural and linguistic contexts. A transformative learning framework focused on practical application and reflection.
Development of a e-learning platform that is accessible and easy to use for adult learners, with gamified, collaborative learning resources to boost engagement.
Creation of a stakeholder engagement strategy and plan to ensure active, structured collaboration across sectors, with dissemination materials, networking activities and transnational meetings.
