We know "back to school" is everywhere at this time of year. We also know how difficult and stressful it is for schools and their teachers. Sometimes it is such an uphill struggle that we forget to look after something essential to a school's professionalism: ongoing, continuous teacher training.

That is why, at Siglo22, we make it easy with our training offer for teachers and schools. In this article we set out all our services and what you can do if you place your trust in our organisation and our experience.

For this new school year we have been thinking, reflecting and reinventing our offer, adapting it to the needs we have identified in schools and among teachers. After a lot of work over the summer, we have arranged our offer into three parts: the teaching competences programme, advisory services and ad hoc training.

Teaching Competences Programme

As you will know if you have been following us for a while, at Siglo22 we believe in teacher training built on the development of Teaching Competences. Our experience in this field is extensive and we believe these competences are essential to classroom practice.

We have therefore developed a programme of online, asynchronous training courses covering different topics within each teaching competence. So if you want to develop a particular competence, such as "classroom management", you will find a series of courses to help you work on it. You can of course take them all and become a master of the Teaching Competences.

Some of these courses are accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Education, such as "Cooperative Work in the Classroom" or "Thinking-Based Learning".

Advisory services

We have identified an important need in schools: knowing how to keep a school up to date and innovative. We know it can be difficult, which is why we have experts in the development of the various school plans. Our main ones are:

• Advice on your School Digital Plan: after Covid-19, moving to virtual classrooms and having the necessary devices has become essential for schools. The Ministry of Education, with the support of INTEF, has established as much. That is why Siglo22 advises you on your Digital Plan.
• Advice on your Equality Plan: having an equality plan in our schools is increasingly a requirement. We offer an advisory and training programme to put an effective equality plan in place, available as part of our services.
