Our courses on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are designed for groups who need to know more about how to build, approach and work with the diversity around them. These are longer programmes, from 14 hours long, up to 30 hours. 

Siglo22 has courses ready on a range of topics so they fit the needs of your organisation or school: 

• The anatomy of diversity: This course helps you understand why diversity, equity and inclusion matter at work, and the difference they make to organisational culture and innovation. Minimum 14 hours.
• Equal opportunities between women and men: this course helps you identify, analyse and learn strategies for equal opportunities between women and men in the workplace. Minimum 20 hours.
• Sexual and sex-based harassment, and workplace bullying or mobbing: This course gives you a thorough grounding in sexual and gender-based harassment, as well as workplace bullying (mobbing), and equips you with the tools to foster a safe and respectful working environment. Minimum 16 hours.

• Supporting cultural and ethnic diversity: this course gives you the tools to understand and value cultural and ethnic diversity, so you can create inclusive environments that respect and celebrate the richness of difference. Minimum 18 hours.
• Inclusive communication: this course teaches you to communicate effectively and respectfully with everyone, and to encourage language that values diversity, avoids stereotypes and promotes inclusion. Minimum 10 hours. 
• Women and leadership: a course on what it takes to lead effectively. It equips women to develop their leadership potential and overcome barriers, with practical strategies for leading effectively, confidently and authentically at work. Minimum 18 hours.
