eDialogue is a European project funded by the Erasmus+ programme that began in January 2022. Its main aim is to educate and empower educators, offering them opportunities to improve their professional skills, standing and role by learning new, innovative methodologies that develop their ability to facilitate open dialogue.

Specifically, the tools and methodologies developed will support educators in using open dialogue to tackle today's forms of social exclusion: discrimination, segregation and racism, bullying and cyberbullying, radicalisation, fake news and other disinformation.

Main objectives

Some of eDialogue's specific objectives are:

Develop educators' digital skills,
Develop students' digital competences and critical thinking,
Equip educators to use open dialogue both online and face to face.

Results

eDialogue Training Package for Educators: a training package with six chapters, or 'Dialogue Blocks', for use in secondary education, with resources and methodologies to help teachers put them into practice.
E-Learning Platform & OERs: an accessible, engaging platform holding all the project's outputs, plus a set of open educational resources for teachers.
Collection of Activities for Young Learners: resources and activities for young people in the form of non-formal training, lessons and worksheets for teachers.
EU Policy Recommendations Guide: a policy report on Open Dialogue in educational settings.
