Our courses on Educational innovation are designed for groups or schools working on their continuing development plans, for teaching staff and for anyone else involved in education. These are longer programmes, from 14 hours long, up to 30 hours. 

Siglo22 has courses ready on a range of topics so they fit the needs of your organisation or school: 

• Assessing learning in education: Throughout this course you will learn the general principles of assessment, and the tools to assess learning. Minimum 16 hours.
• Thinking-based learning (TBL): during this course you will develop the skills to foster critical and creative thinking in the classroom. Minimum 14 hours.
• Active methodologies in the classroom: Throughout this course you will identify and get to know what we call active methodologies, and see the benefits of putting them into practice in the classroom. Minimum 16 hours.

• Cooperative learning in the classroom: you will learn how to foster cooperative learning and how to design settings for teamwork and cooperation in the classroom. Minimum 16 hours.
• Using Artificial Intelligence in education: this course explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence to transform education. It equips participants to use AI innovatively and ethically, improving both teaching and learning. Minimum 16 hours. 
• Communication skills in the classroom: participants will learn to improve their communication skills, gaining confidence, using body language and reading students' non-verbal cues to manage the class. Minimum 20 hours.
• Emotional education in the classroom: this course teaches you to foster emotional intelligence in the classroom to improve learning, and gives you strategies for recognising and managing your own emotions and your students'. Minimum 16 hours.
