Mariano Sanz Prieto

Telecommunications Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and PhD in Education from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Master's degree in the Information and Knowledge Society from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

Associate Professor in the Department of Pedagogy at the UAM Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, teaching subjects on the use of technology in education at undergraduate, double-degree and master's level.

Throughout his career he has held management and research roles in national and international projects at Fundesco and European Schoolnet.

Founding partner of Jaitek, Tecnología y Formación S.L. since 2000 and trustee of Fundación Siglo22 since 2011.

Among the projects he has coordinated are Enseñar a Aprender, a virtual community of teachers run by Educared (Fundación Telefónica) to promote educational innovation, and Centros Modelo Educared, a project on integrating technology into education. His areas of expertise include managing ICT training and roll-outs in schools, publications and talks on ICT in education, and taking part in numerous Erasmus+ projects.

Nuria de Pablo Sánchez

Equality Officer. Double degree in Journalism and Humanities, specialising in non-sexist communication and inclusive language. She has experience in gender equality training, in developing and drawing up equality plans and anti-harassment protocols, and in other initiatives promoting equal opportunities between women and men.

Her training has been delivered to groups of different ages, with the content adapted to each target group. She also has experience in developing innovation project proposals for Erasmus+ and CERV calls, as well as proposals for various government ministries.

Specialist in gender equality and communication.

Marcos Sanz Prieto

Industrial Organisation Engineer. Master's degree in Organisational Engineering, project and business management. Currently head of Management Control at the Renault plant in Valladolid.

He also works at Fundación Siglo22 and has worked at Jaitek Tecnología y Formación S.L. on national and international projects in a technical capacity. He has taken part in several European projects.

He is an expert in data analysis and continuous improvement, as well as in organisational design and project management. He leads large teams and has strong leadership and organisational skills.

Alicia de Pablo

Degree in Visual Arts and Dance with a specialism in Theatre, and specialised in screen acting. She is writing her doctoral thesis in Education at the UAM (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid). She has worked as a theatre and film actress at various institutions and currently teaches theatre and dance at two schools in Madrid.

She has run several workshops on developing emotional skills through theatre. Specialised in marketing and cultural event management at the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya), she works in the communication and social media department at Fundación Siglo22.

Choni Rodríguez Jiménez

IT technician from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, with a solid track record in technology and administration. Her experience ranges from tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word and HTML to managing platforms like Joomla and Moodle, bringing innovation and technology into educational and organisational settings.

As head of innovation and development projects at various centres across Spain, she has driven efficient, creative solutions that streamline processes and improve the digital experience. Her ability to adapt technology to training and organisational needs makes her a key asset in digital transformation.

Rubén Vega Gutiérrez

Degree in Primary and Early Years Education, with a Master's in Information and Communication Technologies in Education and Training. With a specialism in generative AI applied to design trends, Rubén develops visual solutions that improve not only learning but also communication within educational and training projects.

His ability to bring together aesthetics and pedagogy makes him a valuable asset in creating innovative, engaging content with a positive, tangible impact on the learning experience.

Jonathan Alonzo Sanchez

Developer specialising in cross-platform applications with experience in PHP and JavaScript, holding a higher vocational qualification from the Centro Cultural Salmantino. He has administered educational platforms such as Moodle and Joomla, combining technology and education to create dynamic learning environments.

Passionate about innovation, he looks to bring new technologies into everything he does. Reliable, committed and always learning, his aim is to increase the impact of technology on training and knowledge management.
