S@TB is a European project funded by the Erasmus+ programme that began in November 2021. Its main aim is to join the forces of local businesses, giving them the chance to build a sustainable, longer-term vision for their own venture under the guidance of established (local) entrepreneurs.

The overall aim is to reduce the number of at-risk start-ups by helping entrepreneurs build a shared online community and grow their sales area.

Main objectives

250 (young) entrepreneurs within this project are reached and helped to set up the online entrepreneur hub communities S@TB.
Through this innovative co-creation service we aim to achieve a 25% increase in these entrepreneurs' turnover.
60% are (young) women entrepreneurs.
At least 5 local S@TB online entrepreneur hub communities.
25 trained local S@TB "community owners" who will run such a community, jointly or separately.

Results

Analysis of needs for (starting up) local businesses, research into entrepreneurship and (regional) products, and the tools available online.
Draft a model for online entrepreneur hub communities, and run a pilot.
A study of feasibility on continuing the future S@TB approach.
